After my most recent Windows 7 re-install, my pc has been slow and weird.
(I should note that I don't think it necessarily has anything to do with the Windows re-install, it seemed slow before that, but I guess I have just noticed it more after) When I was reinstalling windows, I had issues with drivers, so perhaps that could have something to do with it.. I have tried to update my graphics driver using GeForce Experience, but it made no difference.
The PC takes a very long time, 10 or so minutes, before it has fully started up and is properly usable.
Games are running slower than they used to, and the fps in games jump up and down a lot, so very unstable fps, which makes it difficult to play some games.
The computer was bought pre-built from a reputable Danish company called Sharkgaming who builds PCs and other stuff. The PC is just over 2 years old.
According to the company I bought it from, the specs are:

I saw on a different thread somebody with a similar issue, he was recommended to run a harddrive test, which I have also done, to try and provide as much info as quickly as possible.

Some other issues I have are:
Mouse stops working
Once in a while, every few days perhaps, the mouse will freeze for a second, where you can't move the mouse or click, if you do that, it will make a short beep sound through my headset, not the PC itself. After the freeze, you can move the mouse, but you cannot click, because it still just beeps if you click. If you click once quickly, it wil say beep twice. If you press down a button on the mouse, it will say one beep, and once you let go of the button, it will say beep again. Scrolling also makes it beep once per scroll.
When this happens, it's only the mouse that doesn't work properly. I can use my keyboard to navigate through tabs using alt and shift, programs that are running work just fine, just the mouse that wont click and just beeps.
This usually happens when the pc
"Screen tear"
At all times, if I move a window around on my screen, there will be a sort of screen tear behind it. I have tried to record it so you can see what I am talking about

Any help is appreciated.
If there's any more info or tests that would help, let me know and I will try to do/provide it.
