BSOD - System Service Exception

I am having an issue with my computer and its been going on for a while now. I notice that everytime i have World Of Warcraft going, I get a blue screen after I play it for a few hours. I dont know whether its an add on not working right or bad hardware, or whatever it could be. Its at any point of the game that this randomly happens. I have all the drivers and bios updated. My system is as follows:

AMD 965 Quad Core Phenom 2
Gigabyte GA-770T-USB3 Motherboard
Corsair 16GB DDR3 1333 RAM
2 x 128GB Kingston Solid State Drives - Striped Mode Raid
nVidia GTX670 Video Card
