Windows Update

Win7 Pro Update persists with two KB files. No regular automatic updates. Check for updates yields error 80070422. Tried MS FixIt; no change, no fix. This started approx. Oct. 2012. Reimaged/restored OS on Jan. 4, 2013. No change in this problem.
