I am unable to install windows 7 OS in my asus eee notebook

I have Asus eee PC 1015 CX series notebook using windows xp sp3. when i tried to upgrade the OS, i am encountering error like windows cannot install as your hardware not support for 64 bit !!!!!!!!!.. can you suggest how can i install windows 7 .........
