Sorry if this is not the correct spot to aks this...I'm not sure where it would go.
I've had some crashing and bleu-screening issues with my MSI A6200 running Windows 7. While running updates it would always have an update it couldn't complete. I figured it was a bug of some sort so I contacted Norton (Comcast customer) to help sort it out. They remotely removed a number of issues, but while performing the update came accross the error below adn told me to contact MS or reload Windows.
Error code: FFFFFFE while downloading Windows Updates

Later, I backed up my personal files and pressed F3 during start-up to delete and reinstall Windows, however about midway through I received an error saying "Windows Installer cannot configure Windows on this hardware."
I'm not sure what to do at this point. Does anyone have advise that would help me get back up adn running?
