How to have two audio outputs

Hi,

I have a Windows 7 Desktop with an Asus Monitor with speakers that is connected via HDMI but I also have desktop speakers that I use.

Is there a way so I can have Windows output the sounds to both audio sources?

Or is there a way that I can hot swap between them?
