Java not working on Vista.

I recently updated to the latest Java version 7u11. Now it won't work on any browsers. I have Vista 32bit. I have removed all previous versions. Java tester cannot detect it, but each browsers shows Java in plugins. The error message is "HTML Object#<AppletElement> has no method 'IsReady'.

It has been over 24 hours of uninstalling and installing now. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why this might be.

P.S. I have check all window registry keys and installed ISScript.msi.

P.S.S Please, please help, as I run Java for part-time work.
