idle shutdown

hello,
i have a problem.
almost every time i leave my pc for more than 15min alone, when i come back i find it shut down.
when a start it up i get the windows unexpected shutdown menu.
i checked the system log, but couldn't find any cause for it to shut down.
i got hwmonitor and temps are ok, no problem there.
any idea?
