I have pretty much searched everywhere for an answer to this, but although there are tons of problems and fixes related to Windows 7 and the language bar, none match what I have.
What happens is that the hot keys for changing the input languages don't always work if I have more than 2 languages enabled. I can use the combination to switch between languages one by one just fine, but it's not practical when I use multiple languages.
The hot keys I'm referring to are the ones like 'Left Alt+Shift+#'. I can switch just fine, using them, between 2 of the 3 languages, however one of them just wont work using the hot keys. It doesn't matter what combination I change it to, it just wont work.
The one not working is Japanese, it will only work 100% if I have it as the ONLY other language.
A little more information on what it does do:
Hot keys for Japanese will randomly work, but most of the time they don't.
When they're not working and I try to use it, my PC makes a 'ding' sound. (The one you get for doing some invalid command)
I can usually only use the hot keys to switch to Japanese in some windows. My PC seems to randomly decided which windows will be allowed every day. It's never consistent.
Well, I hope someone can shed some light on this situation, as it is getting really inconvenient to use multiple languages. If what I have said doesn't make much sense, let me know and I'll try and re-word it a bit.
