Hi All,
I'm new to this forum, so let me introduce myself;
I live in South Africa, in a remote region of mpumalanga.
While I certainly know my way around hardware and software, there
are still problems that just stump me out.
Having said that, on to the problem:
I have a fresh installation of Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit,
and whenever I try to download ANYTHING from any website,
the download always stops at about 2Mb, as if IE just wont allow anything over 2mb to be downloaded.
Nothing wrong with my connection (just a bit slow, compared to the rest of the world), and I have no anti-virus running or other protection software.
I came across a thread on this site dealing with the problem, but I cant seem to acces the links that are shown for the solution.
Here is the link:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ds-515031.html
Can someone please explain to me exactly what I need to do to fix this, as it is apparently an issue with windows, and not my ISP?
Thanks in advance guys
