Diskette Drive 0 Seek Failure on Vista

My computer is telling me "Diskette Drive 0 Seek Failure" I have taken the CMOS battery out and replaced it.I have also taken out all the RAM and clicked them back in.I also don't have a floppy disk drive on my computer.I'm using vista and my computer is a Dell.So anybody have any clue how to fix it?
