Win 7 start up issues.

Evening partygoers!

Lets, get to the issue now. The other day, comp. is working fine. Went to turn on the pc, it now has issues. Startup repair finds no issues and cannot fix it.
When the comp.. turns on I get the normal blue background screen as if win 7 will start up normally but it does not. did a memory diagnostic and no issues there.
