Port-forwarding issue.

Hello,

I administrate an <a href=www.minecraft.net>Minecraft</a> server and I want help on port-forwarding.
I have an TP-LINK TL-WR740N model.
I have do in cmd "ipconfig/all" and port-forwarded the Local Area Conection one.
Then, I selected port 25565 for forwarding, considerating it as the mostly correct one.
Peoples just can't connect to it.
I google on net "Port checker" and says : "Port 25565 is closed on 188.25.54.75"
188.25.54.75 it's my IP.
Hope u can help me with that.
