[SOLVED] cant find drivers for my dell inspiron 1545.

I have a dell inspiring 1545 and I got a new hard drive and started installing the drivers it won't let me install the network drivers it says can not be installed on this system. Any help or ideas plz?
Windows 7 32bit home premium
