So I own an Acer 7741G laptop and at a certain point, while shutting down, I had to shut it down using the power button because it was stuck somewhere.
- At first I could only use it in safe mode. When I tried normal mode it just stopped and went back to the startup screen (the one in which you choose the start up mode (normal, safe, safe with network etc...)).
- After that the laptop screen went black and I could only work with an external monitor from that point (coincidence? i don't know). Still the same thing: only in safe mode.
- While doing stuff in safe mode I suddenly only saw snow so I had to shut it down with the power button again.
Now I can only power my laptop on (all lights are burning correctly) but black laptop screen, black external monitor + the fact that it still only works in safe mode):banghead:
Any advice would come in handy considering these multiple problems
I never had problems with this laptop uptil now (own it for 2-3 years)
