[SOLVED] Windows NT Kernel and System process

Computer:
-windows 7 64bit
-8gb ram
-amd 1090T
-890gpa-ud3h mobo

I've noticed that the System - NT Kernel and System process has been taking ~30% of my cpu, for some while

I've searched around on the Internet and did a few things, attached images

Now, is it normal to have shell32 taking up 100%?
