Driver/afd.sys Virus

Hello everyone! I'm Sam and my parents computer is acting up, I figured out the problem, but I don't know how to fix it. There is a virus that won't allow their computer to connect to the internet, well it connects just won't go to any websites. There is a 'virus' of sorts in C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/afd.sys Any fixes or files you guys need let me know! Any help is welcome!
