Windows 7 is freezing

Hello again! I am so grateful for this board. Here is my newest problem.

I have had multiple instances where I will return to my computer after it has been sitting for a few hours only to find it locked up. It will appear to be in standby mode, but upon coming out of standby nothing will respond. Mouse is on but wont move, nothing from the keyboard. I am forced to shut it down by holding the power key down. The other problem is that upon restarting when powered down manually it resets the time and date. I replaced the battery but that did not help

It has never done this during use. I bought this unit used and added hardware myself, and have never used it much. Recently my old computer died, so I switched to this one. Here are the specs. I installed the graphics card, and the hard drives. So far I don't use the Western Digital drive for anything.

Windows 7 64 bit
Intel Pentium E2220 @ 2.40GHz - not overclocked
4.00 GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 400MHz
MOBO - FOXCONN Napa (Socket 775)
896MB GeForce GTX 260 (EVGA)
58GB OCZ-VERTEX PLUS R2 ATA Device (SSD)
298GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAJS-56M0A0 ATA Device (SATA)

I have checked in the power settings, and can't seem to find anything. Any ideas? Thank you so much!
