[SOLVED] Windows 7 softwares?

Hey im running windows 7

my spec:

16GB of RAM
900GB 2 HDD
Nvidia Geforce 560
i5 2320 processor

I wonder what programs i need to keep my PC not to get any virus, spyware or something different?

Currently i have AVG anti-virus , Malwarebytes and Registry Cleaner. Do i need something else?
