Steps to "Tune-up" a computer?

I was thinking of starting a commercial pc "Tune-Up" service that pretty much helps get your bad computer out of trouble.

I was wondering if steps could be contributed that would help the same, so far the only thing on my check list is to run ccleaner on it and cleaning up the hardware parts.
