Outlook 2007 Help

Hi Guys,

For a long time I was using webmail.123-reg.co.uk to access my works email, simply because that was the service I was given by my managers.

After a lot of frustration at such a user-unfriendly experience, I decided to migrate my 123-reg email account over to MS Office Outlook 2007. Which has worked wonders, there were some teething problems with the SMTP not sending outbound mail but they have been solved. Much, much better for my work.

My problem now is that before, I could simply access the 123-webmail anywhere, Laptop, Tablet, Phone, works PC, and log straight in to my emails without any trouble. Now though, since moving to Outlook I can only access my email by using the MS Office Outlook application on my Laptop. I cannot for the life of me work out how to access the same service on my mobile devices (which is pretty much a necessity for work).

I am aware that there are Outlook mobile apps for Android (I am using a HTC One X + a Nexus 7) but they will not let me log in with my email address+password. They say that the account is invalid.

Is this because I have imported an account into Outlook, rather than actually registering a brand new Outlook account?.

If I could find a way to manually register a new account on my mobile devices and enter the POP3/SMTP settings just like I did on the MS Office Outlook 2007 application on my Laptop then I would be good to go. But I can't work out how to do that.

Hopefully somebody here can shed some light as right now I have basically crippled myself by making this decision!.

Let me know if you need any more info.

All the best,

Ant.
