Hello Everyone,
If you have W7 Ultimate and an HP deskjet 2050 printer - this question is most definitely for you!
I have both Microsoft Office 2010 and Open Office 3.41.9593.
I can write a whole page of text in both Word and Writer, then print with no problem, the problem arises when I add page borders.
I have tried literally EVERY combination of margins to enable the text to be printed with a page border but each and every time I am informed that the text is outside the printing area. (When printed, anyway, a part of one side, or the bottom or top of the page border is missing and flat on the external edge, nothing works to remedy this)
I am beginning to think that this printer is incompatible with W7 ultimate.
Does anyone have any idea how to overcome this?
Any input would help.
(I have asked HP - but they only deal with questions from people who have just bought the item and want to charge me to answer my question - good customer relations here!)
Regards,
matador
