virtual disk manager the format did not complete successfully

Hi guys!!

So I have bought a dock station and i have 2 hard drives of 500gb.
I used the disk management to try to format and many other solutions, like other programs to format them but no success so far...
the hard drives are in RAW and i can´t format to NTFS or FAT32.. have read dozens of threads... but nothing...

any recommendations?
