NT Kernel & system 100 % cpu at all time

Greetings , fellow technicians , i've come to seek your almighty help...II've stumbled on this problem , at this very moment my pc is unbearably slow , so i'm counting oon you to change that..
you see my problem is the following.My pc was running fine until 3 days ago when this System process under the descrpition "NT kernel & system " seems to take all of my CPU at 100% and it never goes down or up , i've tried some thing to fix that , but all i do seems worthless..I located the exact problem but i don't know how to remove or fix it. Help me guise here is the screen.
As you can see on the screen ,the 1 is the problem , since i do not understand from softwares that much , i managaed to locate that this is what it's causing the problem ..it's the win32k.sys (i did that from Kernrate viewer ) as you see on number 2 that's what is causing the problem , but everytime i try to kill it , suspend it , end it or anything it just says "unable to acess thread" Help me guise.
