Windows firewall

hello techsupport. i've got a problem. i was playing blackops 2 then suddenly pop up on my lower right side screen that my firewall is turn off. then i was tryn to turn it on it has error "Action center cannot turn on firewall"

any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
