When I launched Planetside 2 my computer got a blue screen. Now every time I try to boot windows it says that it can't find wmilib.sys. I've tried all the solutions on this page:

but the last 2 of them didn't work because the command "bootsect.exe /nt60 all /force" in Microsoft OS repair command prompt gives a message about bootsect.exe not being found. I also put the OS's HDD in another computer to take a look at what might be missing, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be able to see bootsect.exe, bootrec.exe, or wmilib.sys. Also when I run the windows repair program it says that it can't fix it. The report says something about no OS being installed, even though it detected it before attempting a scan for problems, and a problem with the partition table.
