Help: My system has spyware.

So my computer, which is running on Windows Vista Home Premium, has some infection that's affecting my internet browser. Web pages are loading slower and I see random words being hyperlinked that direct me to various websites that sell different services. I ran a full scan using Malwarebytes but it didn't pick up anything. Here's the log:
