Hi guys,

I need your urgent help, there is a problem with windows. I cannot be able to start up on windows as there are black screen. I can’t be able to press ctr + del as the task manager will not show it up. I tried to boot in safe mode but I still get the same problem. I tried to do automatically repair but it didn't do anything to help to resolve the problem. I can't be able to use system restore as it said that the system restore is not available at this point. I have had a look on my computer to find out what was going on and I found that c:\users folder is missing. I used ntfs recovery application called getdataback ntfs. I have recovered it so I have tried to fix master boot record, fix boot, scanos and rebuildbcd but it is not helping, windows will not boot up.

I don't really know what I supposed to do so can anyone suggest me what I would need to do to resolve the problem?

Thanks in advance
