Dual Monitors - Alert Location

Hi,

I have dual monitors set up with a dual-head2go adapter. Is their a way that notification boxes can always be set to appear on the left or right monitor? Many times for example during start-up the password dialog box appears directly in the middle (where the monitors connect) I then have to slide the dialog box over to the left or right.
