Hi, I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 7 installed on it ans I have not been able to access the internet on it for the past couple days. Everytime I go to the Network and Sharing Center on the computer to see what is wrong, a diagram comes up that kind of looks like this :

The computer also tells me there is an IP conflict and I really do not know how to solve this. I do have another computer but it is home computer and not a laptop. I also can not access my router from the internet. The connection is strong but it keeps saying no internet access. Can someone please help me? It would be much appreciated. Thank you.
