Win32_NetworkAdapter.DeviceID="12" cant start.

I ran "Reliability and Performance Monitor" and it says that Win32_NetworkAdapter.DeviceID="12" cannot start, How can i fix this?

Also Win32_PnPEntity.DeviceID="Root//*6T04MP//0000".
It says "Device is not working properly; Windows cannot load the required device Drivers"

And also Win32_PnPEntity.DeviceID="Root//*TUNMP//0001"
And it says "Device cannot start"

I'm not sure if they all are conflicting with one another and stopping each other from starting, but I need to know how to fix these issues. I am running Windows Vista.
