Admin rights for SD Card

Hello,

We have a user on a Windows 7 machine who has to format alot of SD cards but it won't let him do it unless he's a local admin on that PC.

I have made him a local admin temporarily so that he can format them today but as he's going to be doing this alot I was wondering if there is another way that he could do this or something that I could do to allow him to do this without him being an admin on that machine.

If anyone has any ideas
