I bought a program from Driver Finder to monitor my drivers and keep me updated. The scan showed I have 9 out-of-date drivers, but the 9 I need to install won't install automatically like they said they would. When I emailed them to tell them, they replied in geek that they had made changes and "here's how to do it" in Greek, no less.
Here's my question. Shouldn't Microsoft already keep me up-to-date with my "automatic up-dates" . I get updates often with messages not to turn my computer off, it will turn itself off automatically after the updates are installed.
If I really need to get updates from other places, like for my mouse or keyboard or printer, then maybe I need to get them from somebody else other than Driver Finder, who will serve me better. How can I know for sure I really need these 9 drivers they say are out-of-date?
