script issues after sysprep

Hi,

I have a sysprepped machine and some scripts that I want to run during the first time setup, so basically I coiped my scripts (Created with autoit) into the sysprep folder (windows 7 in this case) and created a registry entry for a RunOnce then sysprepped the machine, so the theory is the script will run Once when the machine boots for the first time, problem is it gives an error when the script runs basically saying it cant run it, and also the scripts remain in the sysprep folder once the machine is booted. Does anyone know why this is the case? I know the scripts work as I have tested them just by executing them on the machine, just doesn't work on the first time boot.
