Operating on a windows 7 64 bit 8gb of RAM here, in the last 6 months my laptop has continually reached a point of deterioration where it will only start in safe mode now (if it starts at all), listed below are the symptoms in chronologically order:

-laptop would get kernel memory inpage error along with BSOD, nothing serious, just a reboot would solve.

-laptop would mysteriously restart as if i had press the restart button in the start menu, all my applications would slowly stop responding and close and the computer would restart.

-laptop would now shut down like instantly lose power upon booting into user start menu every 1/5 times or lose power at random moments. Attempts to restart laptop would be met with instant shut down 1/3 times at the boot menu as well as 14 beeps. Doubt it is an overheating problem as laptop was cleaned of dust and given adequate cooling.

-start up repair was engaged in an attempt to alleviate said problems. start up repair failed to repair or find any errors.

-a full system wipe and format was used in desperation to alleviate issues. It succeeded for the first month, then the problems returned.

-laptop would now shut down like instantly lose power upon booting into user start menu every 1/3 times or lose power at random moments. Attempts to restart laptop would be met with instant shut down 1/3 times at the boot menu and 14 beeps.

-sometimes booting up would freeze at the user menu indefinitely, other times it would go into start up and then freeze.

-now every time it does successfully, the desktop is loaded and then several error messages occur saying x has stop working, and one message saying runoncewrapper or something has stop working. Then the system stops responding completely.

Laptop is malware virus clean, did runs with malwarebytes found nothing. Had kasperskey installed but registration ran out a month ago, perhaps kasperskey is the source to convince me to buy it? If this continues people will start dissapearing (just joking haha), please help.
