How do I remove this virus?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to delete this virus...


I went into CMD and tried this,
rd /s %systemdrive%\$Recycle.bin

Only to get this,
C:\$Recycle.bin\S-1-5-~2\$34999~1 - The directory is not empty.

I also read this,
$Recycle.bin is not just a hiden folder. It's a protected system folder. to be able to see it, go to folder options view and uncheck the hide protected operating system files option.

And I did what that said, still no luck with anything really.

So, does anyone know how I can get rid of this?
