When i start my computer there are no icons or task bar, just my wallpaper and nothing else. I tried doing ctrl-alt-del but it just turns my screen black and then i can't do anything but restart my computer. I looked for the problem and i have only found a temporary fix to the problem, but it still keeps happening, what is wrong?
