Repeatedly having to download "latest" Flash Player

I already have the latest Flash Player. I check the control panel to make sure. But every time I want to see a video online, I get a message that I need to download "here" the latest Flash Player.

I did that again just a few minutes ago and went back to view the video and it told me again that I needed to download the latest Flash Player. What gives?:facepalm:

I get this message every single time I want to watch a video. I just don't get it.
