Wow.dll malware

Hello,

I have not been able to download files to my machine, which is running Vista Home Basic. AVG detected a Trojan horse by the name of wow.dll, but was unable to remove it because "Access is denied". Here is the file path of the threat:
"c:\Users\Jordan IP Law\AppData\Local\Temp\siibwuy\sarcytn\wow.dll"

Can anyone help with this issue?
