Several websites won't load on any browser

Hi, my computer has recently developed a problem where websites won't load properly on any browser (Chrome, Firefox and IE). I have tried deleting browser history, cookies, CCleaner, virus scan, system restore and creating a new user, all to no avail. I have also noticed that Spotify can't detect any internet connection. Other devices in the house load up fine.

Hopefully this is ok to ask a question straight away on this forum, any help would be greatly appreciated!
