Hello friends my Viao Laptop running windows 7 home premium 64 bit fully updated till 07th june 2013 has started misbehaving by giving errors like"There is not enough memory to run this program.Exit one or more prrograms, then try again. while clicking on my computer with box named Explorer.EXE"
I tried the system restore from start & I get 0x8007000E error.
i also tried sfc/verifyonly in cmd(Admin) I get windows resource protection could not start the repair service
