I photograph in RAW, my Nikon produces NEF files and my Fuji X20 RAF files and I wish to associate them with Adobe Lightroom the program I process them in but Windows won't complete the association. I run down the list of file types, click on the relevant one in the list and click on "Change program...", click on "Browse" which opens the program folder, I open Adobe>Adobe Lightroom, run down the list, click on Lightroom.exe and "Open" - Having done all this, Lightroom doesn't appear in the list of options, so I can't select it.
