[SOLVED] Can connect to router but not internet

Hey guys I was given a laptop to help with school studies by my sister. When I got home I cannot connect via wifi. Connecting via ethernet directly to router works fine. She says she was using the wifi yesterday and has never had problems... I tried on two different routers and neither works.
