Hello. I posted this on another website as well but it didn't help. Anyways, this has been going on for about three days. I was watching a youtube video when my computer crashed (it's been known to freeze a lot, got it checked out multiple times, said nothing was wrong with it). I rebooted it and the first thing I noticed when it finally fully booted was that the resolution was completely messed up (about 1024x768). It used to go up to 1920x1080. I also noticed that Aero Effects wasn't working and the theme was set to what it would be on if I had started in safe mode. Little later- windows update says I have to update a driver. The update fails. I try manually updating, says I have the most up to date version. Uninstalled the driver and also re-installed, nothing changed (I tried both the NVIDIA website and my computer's manufacturer's website). I got this http://i.imgur.com/uQlznMB.png when I tried installing the driver from the HP website but when I restarted my computer it automatically re-installed the driver.
This is the driver that I think has been causing me trouble. http://i.imgur.com/asHZPjR.png
This is the error it gives me when I open properties. http://i.imgur.com/Qp5nZdb.png
Also, here's some info on my computer. (sorry I'm really new to this and I'm not too great with computers)
