in my external hard drive, only System Volume Information folder is shown. i did not create that. all my saved files and folders are invisible when the external hard drive is plugged in my laptop. but when it is plugged in my TV set, the folder is there but a little lighter color than the System Volume Information folder. how can i view all my saved files in my laptop? please help
