Drivers not found ?

Recently I bought a new laptop- Samsung NP300E5V-S02IN with 64 bit windows 7 and I found out that there is no LAN adaptor mentioned in the network adaptors and the ethernet controller is having a yellow mark. When i tried to install the driver from the cd given with the laptop following message was displayed
"FindFile failed
The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode enabled Please Plug the Cable" and
also the site of samsung doesn't provide drivers for this model .
Please help me.
