Hello
So I was browsing around on the net when suddenly my internet stopped working. I went to go to control panel to see what was up. However the following message popped up, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions". Turns out I couldn't gain access to windows explorer itself. I booted in safe mode to try and trouble shoot it and checked my permissions for my account. It showed that I already had administrative privileges for the account. There is only one other guest account which was not enabled.
I tried opening windows explorer again in normal windows, yet the same message appears. It has also locked me out of my networking abilities.
In safe mode I have access to everything of course (I'm writing this message in safe mode) though I'm unsure of why an administrative account still gives me this error
Your help is very much appreciated
Thanks in advance!
