Delete program issue

I have a Toshiba Netbook and have been receiving a message as follows:

C:\program~1\gtunin~1.dll

I am trying to get on to the internet but the internet is redirecting me each time I type in a website. Prior to this I had a malaware issue and ran malwarebytes program on my computer. I deleted what was advised as a threat on my computer and that's when the problem started. Could you please help.
