I get error message when I try to open the application

Hey, I think I did something wierd to my game, my virus program COMODO prompted some wierd box, and I just clicked something. Now every time I open the game, I the error "Execution of command 'Awesomenauts.exe' failed (error 5: adgang nægtet)"

I really want to play my game again :cry:
