I have a user on Windows 7 Professional who is having problems with her Documents Folder. We are on a company network and we have her documents pointing to an X: drive that's been created for her on a server. When she logs into her laptop, she has some of her files not available to her. They have an X on them. Once she's been logged in for awhile, she gains access to these files. She is logging in with Cisco anywhere into our network as she works from home.
